Standard unopened packs can use the launch return window once the store policy is finalized in Shopify.

Custom packs, event packs, and wholesale batches may be final sale because QR records and labels are generated for a specific order.

Damaged items, missing magnets, QR problems, or fulfillment mistakes should go through support so the physical duck records can be corrected too.
