The customer builds a native cart, then checks out through Shopify.

Admin creates production batches and unique public codes in Supabase before fulfillment.

Physical duck records are assigned to paid Shopify order line items when the order is packed.

Finders scan the QR code, see the duck passport, and can add an approximate journey stop.
